Acceptance: Jonathan has grown Nigerian Democracy


The Leader of PPA in Anambra State Mr Godwin Ezeemo has described the declaration of APC candidate Gen. Mohammed Buhari as  winner of the just concluded president election  and acceptance speech made by the incumbent as  a resounding progress in our democracy.
He said that INEC and the president have proven to the world that Black Men have got great potentials and capability  of managing its affairs optimally.
Ezeemo said that the pronouncement and acceptance by the incumbent was a great show of patriotism on both sides adding that option A4 be reintroduced  in our electoral process for more transparency.
He said that option A4 has more advantage than disadvantage that if reintroduced in our electoral process that it will curtail if not eradicate the  open or closed inducement in our electioneering process .
He said “Nigeria has recorded a milestone in its democratic process, this shows how much Nigerians are developing and maturing political, am sure in the next general election greater improvements would be recorded  and people with integrity and purpose of action  will man affairs of this great country .
“I can say I hear sound of good old days coming back to this country where truth honesty, patriotism among other virtues will return’ he said .
However he commended INEC for the innovation introduced in the electoral process   that translated the voice and will of the people by  making their votes to count but advised that hitches experienced in the election been speedily corrected.
He called on the president-elect to brace up to the challenges ahead by ensuring that his political promises are fulfilled in full to all geo-political zones of the country.
