Fr Ebube Muonso shuts down Eke Awka, Read what he said of the Market and all the charms traders made

Economic activities were paralyzed for several hours at the popular Eke-Awka market, Awka on Wednesday as more than 5,000 traders shut their shops to participate in a prayer session organized for traders in the market by its leadership in conjunction with the Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Uke, in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State. The special prayers anchored by its Spiritual Director, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obimma (a.k.a. Ebube Muonso) also attracted many catholic faithful who are not traders in the market.
Daily Sun gathered that the prayer session was meant to effect spiritual cleansing in the market alleged to be under the suffocating grip of some evil forces, which some traders claimed had been causing them economic downfall, and also to seek God’s intervention on the myriads of challenges plaguing the traders.

During the prayers, the priest led traders to an oath taking session, where the traders bwere made to swear that they will not plan havoc for their fellow traders as the market if dull ofbevil people.

During his ministration, Ebube Muonso who is also a catholic priest in Onitsha Archdiocese assured the traders that God would rebuke the devourers for their sakes; pointing out that the Lord has taken over the affairs of the market. He assured them that God would break the veil of economic hardship pervading the country to open their doors of progress.
The priest who lamented bitterly over the hardship pervading the nation also called on President Muhammadu Buhari to summon capable economic team who would devise the best means of steering the country out of its present economic quagmire as soon as possible.
Our reporter who monitored the event reports that many participants fell under the influence of the Holy Spirit during prayers while many confessed having some sense of satisfaction and spiritual fulfillment.
