The National Coordinator of All Progressives Grand Alliance(APGA) Media Warriors Forum, Chinedu Obigwe, has described the Anambra State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Basil Ejidike, as an election contractor who would at each electioneering period surface to grab as much as possible from aspirants.
Obigwe said this yesterday in a statement in reaction to a comment allegedly made at the Anambra APC Youth Summit that the state governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, would not be reelected next year.
The APGA media chief accused Ejidike of organising the APC Youth Summit, stating that in 2021 governorship poll in the state the same Ejidike milked the governorship candidate of the APC to the bone marrow and led him astray.
He said Ejidike characterically had come up again this time around looking for another rich aspirant in the party to devour, describing the APC threat to Soludo as an empty noise from political marauders .
Obigwe said,”Basil Ejidike that organised the so called Anambra APC Youth summit at Don Ritz Hotel Awka is a political conman.
“He did more than what he is doing today for Andy Uba during APC primary for the last 2021 governorship election.
“He is currently dancing the surugede music being played for him without knowing that surugede is the dance of the spirits.
“Recall that it was this same Basil Ejidike that endorsed broad daylight robbery of APC governorship ticket in the last election and God used George Moghalu to put him to shame through a court judgement stating emphatically that APC did not have governorship candidate in the last 2021 election because of irregularities and manipulation that marred their party primary.
“Basil Ejidike that I know very well does not have character, he is only after what goes into his pocket. Let me add that Anambra APC members are now bunch of entertainers that are deceiving themselves.
“As a matter of fact, they are empty noise makers that will definitely be disgraced by Anambra electorates in 2025.
Obigwe said,” The message on the lips of every reasonable Anambra electorate as at today is that there is no vacancy in Anambra government House till 2030 because the people of the state are of the firm belief that Governor Soludo is doing well and that he will be rewarded with a well deserved re election mandate in 2025 to continue his good work for them.
“It is said that when a child is doing well, you encourage the child to keep it up. Anambra electorate will use Governor Soludo’s reelection in 2025 to reward him for his good work in our state and it will serve as an encouragement for him to keep up his administration good work in our state,”
“The general public are advised to disregard the senseless ranting of Anambra APC because they are empty vessels that cannot do more than dead rats.No vacancy in Anambra government House till 2030.”
