The Appeal Court sitting in Lagos has dismissed the Appeal by Hon. Dozie Nwankwo of APGA against the Judgement of the Election Petition Tribunal.
The tribunal had upheld the victory of Senator Victor Umeh of Labour Party in the 2023 Senatorial Election in Anambra Central.
The Appeal Court affirmed that Distinguished Senator Dr. Victor Umeh OFR was the duly elected Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District in the 10th Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
