Chinedu Obigwe, National Coordinator of APGA Media Forum, has said individuals who bought forms from Edozie Njoku’s APGA faction fell victim to fraud.
Obigwe called it a “one chance bus” situation, accusing Njoku and Chekwas Okorie of dishonesty.
However, INEC recognizes Edozie Njoku as APGA’s National Chairman, pending the determination of a Supreme Court decision on the matter
But Obigwe insisted that authentic winners would be sworn in by Governor Chukwuma Soludo, advising the public to disregard Njoku’s faction’s claims.
He said, “Those that bought Chairmanship and Councillorship forms from the impostor Edozie Njoku for the last September 28th local government election entered one chance bus.
“The impostor Edozie Njoku and Chekwas Okorie are dwelling in deceit and they will definitely be consumed with the deceitful game they are playing.
“Those that bought forms to contest the last September 28th Chairmanship and Councillorship election in Anambra are now on their neck and they are giving them the false hope that Governor Soludo will be compelled to swear them in as winners of the election.
“They are all day dreaming.
“I read a laughable press release issued by Chekwas Okorie yesterday calling on Governor Soludo to swear in those they obviously defrauded as winners of the September 28th local government election.
Nothing like that will happen.
Unknown individuals will not reap where they did not sow.
“The winner’s of the September 28th local government election are candidates of APGA accepted by ANSIEC that campaigned vigorously in the State for the election.
“As for those that fell prey of the impostor Edozie Njoku dirty games, they should go and carry their clothes where they had their bath.
“As for Chekwas Okorie claim that he is BOT Chairman of APGA, the general public should disregard such claim because it’s not true.
“The BOT Chairman of APGA is HE Willie Obiano, Fmr Governor of Anambra State.
“Edozie Njoku, Chekwas Okorie, Ngozi Ossy Agbata that is parading herself as the authentic winner of Anambra East LGA Chairmanship election and other of their cohorts are living in fools paradise.
