Nollywood actress, author and humanitarian Rechael Okonkwo, popularly known as Nkoli Nwa Nsukka, entrepreneur and Managing Director of Pamtech Group, Engr. Chidomere Ndubuisi, popularly known as the Billionaire Mechanic, and health advocate Dr. Kelechi Okoro are set to headline the Business, Balance and Beyond (B³) Summit in Awka, Anambra State.
The summit, scheduled for Saturday, August 15, 2026, will hold at the Anabel Event Centre, along the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway, Awka, with activities beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Tagged “Beyond the Bank: Redefining Wealth, Worth and Well-being,” the free one-day summit is designed to provide entrepreneurs, civil servants, career professionals and members of the public with practical insights into wealth creation, personal development, health and purposeful living.
The Awka event marks the first major expansion of the B³ Summit beyond Rivers State since its establishment in Port Harcourt in 2024.
According to the organisers, the inaugural edition attracted more than 3,000 physical participants, helping to establish the summit as a major platform for personal development and conversations around holistic success.
The summit is convened by Port Harcourt-based brand influencer, public speaker and personal development strategist, Dr. Ella Chioma Ezeadilieje, popularly known as Veronica’s Daughter.
Ezeadilieje said the summit was created to address the growing disconnect between financial achievement and personal fulfilment. “We are living in a time when people are working harder than ever but feeling emptier than ever.
“The B³ Summit exists to address that gap. We want people to leave that hall not just with business strategies, but with a renewed sense of who they are and what they are truly worth,” she said.
The organisers said the speaker lineup was deliberately selected to provide perspectives from entertainment, entrepreneurship and health.
Ndubuisi, known as the Billionaire Mechanic, is expected to share lessons from his entrepreneurial journey and the growth of Pamtech Group.
Okonkwo, widely recognised for her Nkoli Nwa Nsukka character, will bring her experience as an actress, author, humanitarian and public speaker to the summit.
Dr. Okoro, popularly known as the Healthertainer, will focus on the relationship between health, lifestyle and professional performance.
The organisers said the summit would challenge participants to embrace a broader understanding of wealth—one that goes beyond money to include personal worth, good health, meaningful relationships and overall well-being.
Attendance is free and open to the public. Participants unable to attend physically can also join online. Registration is available at www.businessbalancebeyond.org.
The Business, Balance and Beyond Summit is an annual personal development gathering founded and convened by Dr. Ella Chioma Ezeadilieje.
Since its inaugural edition in Port Harcourt in 2024, the summit has brought together thousands of entrepreneurs, civil servants, professionals and other Nigerians for conversations on wealth, personal development, well-being and purposeful living.
The 2026 Anambra edition is the summit’s first expansion beyond Rivers State.
