Suspected Cultists on Tuesday morning killed two person in Awka, both of which are male.
The incident occurred along the Enugu-Onitsha expressway, close to the NNPC mega petrol station.
A source said the victims were shot at close range by their assailants, before they drove away from the scene in a vehicles that was not immediately identified.
As at the time of filling this report, this newspaper was still awaiting the official response of the Anambra State Police command, through its public relations officer, DSP Toochukwu Ikenga.
Meanwhile, the corpses of the unidentified youths have been removed from the scene by men of the Nigeria Police Force to an undisclosed mortuary.
