The National Coordinator of All Progressives Grand Alliance( APGA) Media Warriors Forum, Chinedu Obigwe, has said that Senators Ifeanyi Ubah and Uche Ekwunife’s rumoured joint forces to fight Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s reelection in 2025 is dead on arrival.
He said nobody should lose sleep over that, stating that those making political capital about the two individuals are naive, describing them as familiar foes.
Obigwe stated this in a statement made available to our correspondent on Friday.
He said , ” The two people they are talking about their defection to APC have been opposition party leaders and not Governor Soludo political allies.
“In 2021 that Prof Soludo contested for Governor, Sen. Uche Ekwunife lost PDP governorship ticket to Valentine Ozigbo and later worked as the Director General of Valentine Ozigbo campaign organisation.
“Ifeanyi Ubah on his own part contested the election against Soludo and lost.
He was only able to win his Nnewi north local government in that 2021. So the two of them are familiar political foes.
“According to Sen. Uche Ekwunife, she joined APC two months ago and will be interacting with leaders of the party on Saturday.
“The truth is that Governor Soludo is not perturbed with the political alliance of Sen. Uche Ekwunife and Ifeanyi Ubah.
Obigwe said nobody could stop Soludo’s reelection because it had been ordained by God.
Continuing, Obigwe said, “The rumoured pairing of Ifeanyi Ubah and Sen. Uche Ekwunife as APC governorship and deputy governorship candidate cannot thwart Governor Soludo 2nd term that is already ordained by God.
“At the end of 2025 election, those making this useless noise about Governor Soludo 2nd term being in jeopardy will see with their own eyes that they have been dancing a macabre dance of shame.
OBIGWE’S STATEMENT FURTHER READS:
Ndi Anambra are wiser as at today and they will make the right decision of voting massively for Governor Soludo in 2025 as a way of rewarding him for his good work in our State.
Governor Soludo is not losing sleep because of the gathering of disgruntled opposition elements because he knows very well that even the bible said it that surely they shall gather for evil conspiracy but as long as the gathering is not of God, they will scatter in different ways.
Anambra disgruntled opposition elements have started gathering again but they will definitely scatter in different ways after the 2025 governorship election.
It happened in 2021 and will happen again in 2025.
Governor Soludo has God and Anambra electorates on his side hence my reason for being confident that he will triumph over the gathering of disgruntled Anambra opposition elements.
