TheRazorNews wins award for liberal journalism

In less than three months of it establishment, The Razor News online newspaper has won award for liberal journalism.

The online news blog established in June is based in Awka, the Anambra State capital.

Managed by a team professional journalists, the outfit covers Anambra State exclusively in various aspects of human endeavour, including politics, education, health, commerce, sports , entertainment, sociocultural issues.

The president of Anambra State Association of Registered Voters (ASRVOTE), Jezie Ekejiuba, on Sunday voted the news blog as the best in liberal journalism.

Ekejiuba, a human rights lawyer praised the online newspaper for continually dishing out news reports, without bias or tilting to favour anyone.

Reacting, one of the publishers, Esindu Jacobs described the development as the beginning of the good packages The Razor News outfit has for Anambra State.

He said, “This is the time for us to give back to a society we have lived and served. We want to serve the people as journalists, as we have been doing for over two decades now. The best from us is yet to come”, he said.
