Anambra State government has named Mr Chidiebele Obika as president general of Nteje Community in Oyi Local Government Area.
Obika, a new media practitioner was a special assistant to former governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano.
A memo by the state commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon Tony Collins Nwabunwanne revealed this.
The memo stated that Anambra State government has approved the reconstitution of Nteje Development Union to run the affairs of the town for the next three months.
The memo stated that with the new appointment, the caretaker executive of B U Chinweze has been dissolved.
Obika was appointed alongside nine other persons who will act as part of his executive.
