Anambra Poll: John Nwosu, George Moghalu, Others Know Fate April 5 as Labour Party Fixes Primary

The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Labour Party (LP) has approved April 5 for its governorship primary in Anambra State.
The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Obiora Ifoh, made this known in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja.
Top contenders for the party’s ticket include businessman John Nwosu and George Moghalu, a defector from the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Ifoh said the National Secretary of the party, Alhaji Umar Ibrahim, had published the primary schedule in a timetable and schedule of activities for the Anambra 2025 gubernatorial primaries.
According to him, the timetable indicates that the sale of expression and interest/nomination forms will commence on February 10, while the sale of delegate forms will start on March 20.
The National Publicity Secretary urged all interested aspirants to visit the party’s national headquarters for collection of guidelines for the governorship primary and other necessary information.
