Anambra Poll: Okpuno Community Pledges 100% Votes for Soludo, Obigwe Urges Vigilance Against Rigging

Okpuno Community in Awka South has declared its support for Governor Chukwuma Soludo, pledging to vote 100% for him in the upcoming November 8th governorship election.
The community made this declaration during the opening ceremony of their Youth Office, which was attended by notable dignitaries, including Chinedu Obigwe, National Coordinator of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Media Warriors.
Community President General, Engr. Luke Egwuatu, commended Governor Soludo for his good work in Anambra State, particularly highlighting the double-lane road construction project that benefited their community.
He also praised the governor for his efforts in curbing insecurity in the state.
The Youth President, Charles Obidimma, echoed the community’s support for Governor Soludo, describing him as “youth-friendly” and commending his administration’s empowerment initiatives, such as the 1Youth 2Skills programme.
Obidimma stated that other gubernatorial candidates are “wasting their time” and that Okpuno community electorate would overwhelmingly vote for Governor Soludo.
Evang. Chinedu Obigwe, in his speech, referred to Governor Soludo as “a God-sent” leader for Anambra State.
He praised the Okpuno Youth for their declaration of support and advised them to be vigilant on election day to prevent any attempts at rigging by the APC governorship candidate, Nicholas Ukachukwu.
The community’s declaration of support underscores Governor Soludo’s growing popularity in Anambra State, with many communities recognizing his efforts to improve infrastructure, security, and youth empowerment.
