There is excitement in the excitement in the air as another Anambra son, Dr. Ernest Azudialu-Obiejesi, popularly known as Obijackson launches a new commercial airline, Nesto Aviation.
Dr Uche Nworah, a public relations specialist said Azudialo is continuing a tradition of Anambra businessmen investing in the aviation sector.
He said: “The likes of Prince Arthur Eze (Triax Airlines) and Late Chief Victor Ikwuemesi (Sosoliso) owned airlines in the past.
“Chief Allen Onyema (Airpeace) and Prof. Obiora Okonkwo (United Nigeria) are the two Anambra sons currently leading in the sector presently.”
Checks by THE RAZOR showed that Nestor Aviation is not entirely new in the Nigerian Aviation industry.
Nestor Aviation which was registered in 2013 has for years been providing luxury flight services for the wealthy class with its fleet of rotary wings (helicopters) and fixed wings (private jets), and most popularly known then as NestAv.
Their services have been noted as top notch, and also provides opportunities for passengers on their rotary wing aircraft to land in choice locations in Lagos, apart from airports as it has helipads in the heart of Lagos.
It is believed that their coming into commercial flight would avail passengers better flying experience.
