The Edozie Njoku-led All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) says it has put an end to its long-standing internal crisis.

Speaking to journalists in Abuja on Friday, Njoku announced that he had reconciled with Anambra State Governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, the only governor elected on the APGA platform.

Njoku, who was recently recognized by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the party’s national chairman, emphasized that the rift between him and Soludo had been resolved.

He said,”We are in a reconciliatory phase. Reconciliation requires humility, and we are committed to it. The struggle and crisis within APGA are now over.

The chairman appealed to the media to avoid exacerbating tensions within the party, stressing the importance of peace and unity moving forward.

“Let’s not overheat the polity in APGA,” he urged.

Asked about the fate of the immediate past APGA chairman, Sly Ezeokenwa, Njoku said,” I have reconciled with Soludo. The war is over ”
With this development, it appears that the party’s internal conflicts have been laid to rest, paving the way for a more united and focused APGA.
