Senator Uche Ekwunife, CON, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Chief Ossy Ezenwa (Nnanyelugo Abagana), describing his death as a significant loss to Anambra State and the political community.
Ekwunife’s condolence message was signed by her Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Tony Ezike.
In the message, Ekwunife paid glowing tribute to the late former Secretary to the Anambra State Government, noting that he was a distinguished son of Abagana who devoted his life to public service and community development.
She described Ezenwa as a man of integrity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the growth of the state, adding that his legacy of selfless service and principled leadership would continue to inspire generations.
The distinguished lawmaker also noted that Chief Ezenwa played a vital role as a respected stakeholder in the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Njikoka Local Government Area, where his counsel, experience, and stabilising influence were highly valued.
Ekwunife extended her heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, praying that God grants them the strength to bear the loss and comfort in the impactful life he lived.
She also sympathised with the leadership and members of the APC in Njikoka LGA, describing the late Ezenwa as one of the party’s finest pillars whose contributions will be sorely missed.
Chief Ossy Ezenwa’s death, she emphasised, leaves a void in both political and community circles, even as she prayed for the peaceful repose of his soul.
