
Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo, the Group Managing Director of Nedcomoaks Limited, has been singled out as an innovative real estate entrepreneur, philanthropist, and business leader who has played a major role with his visionary approach to transform and revolutionize the Nigerian housing sector.
Okonkwo was at the weekend in Lagos honoured as The Sun Newspapers Entrepreneur of the year for his efforts in providing affordable, modern homes that blend modern designs, comfort, and strong innovation was also commended for his deep commitment to real estate innovation, fostering technological advancement, and empowering young entrepreneurs.
In a press statement by his company, Nedcomoaks to congratulate him for the award praised Okonkwo for his emergency as a leader who not only builds homes but also transforms communities and creates opportunities for economic empowerment.
