NAUTH Board Chair, Dalori emerges Acting Nat’l Chairman of APC after Ganduje’s resignation

The Board Chairman of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi (NAUTH), Hon Ali Bukar Dalori has emerged as the Acting National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

This is as the party repositions itself ahead of the forthcoming elections in 2027 following the resignation of the former Chairman, Hon Abdullahi Umar Ganduje

Hon Ali Bukar Dalori is an astute administrator and a great political leader and has has brought a new energy, stability and progress at NAUTH since his assumption of office as the Board Chairman working closely with the visionary Chief Medical Director, Prof Joseph Ugboaja OON who has continued to strike the right chords as he pushes towards making NAUTH a Center of Excellence in Healthcare.

Under Prof Joseph Ugboaja’s tenure, NAUTH has witnessed an unprecedented transformation with the movement to the Permanent site and has assumed the status of a Mega Medical city with the potential of becoming a center of medical tourism.

With this appointment, Hon Ali Bukar Dalori is expected to bring his years of experience in politics, leadership and administration to not only chart a new course for APC but also to improve the chances of the Chief Medical Director Prof Joseph Ugboaja achieving his vision of transforming NAUTH to the biggest hospital in Africa.

Dalori was in Anambra late last year, where he he toured several projects executed under the supervision of Ugboaja. He had also praised Ugboaja for his foresightedness.
