According to him, “Am happy that Eze Obosi in whose community I started real estate business is here today. I thank the traditional ruler of Amansii and members of Igwe in Council of Amansii who are here to show support and solidarity. I promise we will not disappoint them.
“This is the fourth property we have in Amansii. Our plan is to open a new estate in Amansii, we have acquired four more land in Amansii, we registered here as an estate. From now to August and December, we will start developing. We thank the Igwe, his cabinet and the family that originally own the lands, the Ekemezie and the Okafor families.
“We thank the Governor and his Deputy, you are people that made it possible for us to walk free and lunch this Raphmaths Seaview Estate today we thank you for collaborating with us.
“Today is not just a groundbreaking. Today is the laying of a vision. Today is the physical manifestation of belief, sacrifice, and boldness.”
“When we started Raphmaths Estates, we did not just start a real estate company. We started a movement, a movement to redefine development in the South East. A movement to prove that world-class infrastructure is not exclusive to Lagos, Abuja, or overseas. It can happen here. It will happen here. And it is starting now.
“This project represents more than land. It represents security. It represents structure. It represents order. It represents the future. At Raphmaths Estates, our vision is simple — to build estates that meet foreign standards while remaining accessible to serious investors and families who want peace of mind.
“We are not just selling plots. We are building environments. Controlled developments. Structured layouts. Modern homes. Secure communities. We believe that land without vision is just bush. But land with vision becomes legacy.
“Today’s groundbreaking is proof that we are not just talking, we are executing. We promised development. We promised structure. And today, you can see that we move with action. To our investors who keyed into this vision early, thank you. You didn’t just buy land. You bought into trust. And we do not take that lightly or for granted.
“To those who are still watching, this is your confirmation. We build. We deliver. We grow. This estate will not be ordinary. Only modern, structured, and exotic homes will stand here. The roads, the layout, the security system, everything is being designed with long-term value in mind. Because at Raphmaths, we think 10 years ahead, not 10 days ahead.
“Our goal is clear: to become the most trusted and dominant real estate development brand in the South East. And we will achieve that not by noise, but by results. Let this groundbreaking symbolize something deeper. Let it symbolize growth in this community. Let it symbolize jobs.
Let it symbolize appreciation in property value. Let it symbolize generational wealth.
“Years from now, when people drive through this estate and admire the structure, the order, the beauty, they will remember that it started here. With this foundation. With this commitment. We are building more than houses. We are building a standard.
“Thank you to everyone who made this day possible, our team, our partners, our community leaders, and every investor who believes in Raphmaths Estates. This is only the beginning. The future is structured. The future is secured. The future is Raphmaths.

Governor Soludo thanked the Chairman and Chief Executive of Raphmaths Estates, Chief Ojiribe for believing in South East and Anambra State, in particular, and for investing his money across the States of South East and Anambra State and even in Delta State.
According to Dr Ibezim, “Your investments in Anambra State is in line with what the Governor of Anambra State Prof. Charles Soludo, is doing. He want people to come home and to the state and invest. Many people have come and taken land in Awka and other parts of the state, we urge you to continue and start development immediately.
“It is regrettable that Anambra people and indeed other Igbo’s from outside the state go to develop other places in the country, but have nothing to show in their states and South East in general. We are happy that Raphmaths Eststes, decided to focus on South East and South South, which is commendable. We will support you. The government of Anambra State will support you.
Very soon people will not see land to buy to develop but will rather begin to buy houses to redevelop. People should use the opportunity Raphmaths Estates has offered to own land in Anambra State.

According to him investments done at home cannot equate with the ones outside. While we agree that Ndigbo should invest outside, the right thing to be done is to start from home.
“Raphmaths, Raph Ojiribe is from Uruala in Imo State,he is my son and a very hard working man who fears God. He is honest and peace loving. I have known him for over 30 years, even before I became the traditional ruler of Obosi. He started real estate business from Obosi my community.
“If we have have twenty land developers in Obosi, Raphmaths, Ralph Ojiribe is the only one that does not come for settlement of case in my palace. He is a man worthy of emulation, that is why I came here today, he is honest and is doing well, he is not one of those who will give you land and it will be subject to disagreement and struggle boo investors.
