Fiery priest, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obimma, also known as Fada Ebube Muonso has again attacked Anambra State governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, saying that the governor has not achieved even a single project in the state.
The priest was reacting to the spate of kidnappings in the state. He and Soludo have been having a spat since after he spoke out on the level of insecurity in the state, accusing Soludo of incompetence.
Speaking to members of his congregation in Uke, Idemili South Local Government Area on Wednesday, Obimma said it is annoying that Anambra which used to be regarded as an A list state has been overtaken by other states in the South East.
He said: “Just the other day, the president was in Enugu to commission some projects in the state. In Anambra, what do we have to commission?
“Anambra under Soludo has no project to commission, except the blood of the innocent killed by kidnappers. Even the roads the governor claims he is building are all substandard roads. Go and look at it.”
The priest also took a swipe at the information commissioner, Dr Law Mefor who in a piece recently, described him as a false prophet.
He said: “One thing that is good is that I’m the one they are attacking. They will meet their end soon. All of them, those media rats that are writing nonsense against me, they will see.
“Instead of them to channel their efforts to tackle the problem of insecurity, they are busy attacking a man of God. Just yesterday, on Tuesday, two Reverend Sisters were kidnapped at Ajalli. This government has failed,” Obimma declared.
