Mr Chibuike Uloka, an aide of the chairman of United Nigeria Airline, Prof Obiora Okonkwo has replied to a tirade to his boss by Chinedu Obigwe, and aide to Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
Obigwe had in a recent piece vilified Okonkwo for his attacks on Soludo, for describing the governor as being incompetent.
But ina reply, Uloka said Chinedu Obigwe was an unqualified individual desperate for attention, seeking validation for his misguided attempts to masquerade as a media advocate for the helpless and unpopular Governor Soludo.
He said: “He has failed to address the critical concerns raised by discerning Anambra citizens, who agree that Governor Soludo has not lived up to expectations. Instead, Soludo’s actions have continued to undermine the value of academic excellence in governance and politics.
No governor or leader genuinely committed to the interests of the people and transparency would hire someone like Chinedu Obigwe — an individual who clearly needs to prioritize education and personal development with no business around the corridors of power. Rather than focusing on self-improvement to polish his mental ability and physical appearance, he has chosen to serve as a hitman, delivering poorly constructed English and banal narratives that lack depth and credibility.
“The security crisis in Anambra State, along with rising unemployment and the collapse of the night economy, is glaring for all to see. This is not merely about Soludo and his vuvuzelas, but about the ongoing deterioration of Anambra State—something statesmen like Prof. Obiora Okonkwo cannot allow to continue without speaking truth to power.
“Instead of addressing the root causes of insecurity, which are tied to his inaction, Soludo has resorted to deploying both media propaganda and militia to target perceived opposition members,” Uloka said.
