The Governor of Anambra State, Prof CC Soludo has commissioned a housing estate named “Golf Residency” located at the new GRA, Awka, Anambra State.
The epochal event took place at the International Convention Center, ICC Agu-Awka.
The Governor was represented by the Hon. Commissioner for lands, Prof Ofonze Amucheazi. Other government and APGA officials that attended the occasion were the Hon Commissioner for budget and planning, Mrs Nnake, the national publicity secretary of APGA, Mazi Ejimofo, managing director, Midland petroleum, Chief Chris Emeka Nwosu, managing director ICT Anambra State, Mr Agbata, Surveyor Ifeanyi Ajoke, Chief Kingsley Ngelale, Dr Tony Akpele, Prof. Mrs Ifeoma Okoye, among other dignitaries.
Speaking on the establishment of the housing estate, the Hon Commissioner for lands said that Governor Soludo administration is happy with the Rainbow Heritage Group for coming to assist the state to make it a liveable, prosperous, mega, green city, convenient for all categories of people.
Ofonze said that when he visited the estates built by the Rainbow Heritage Group at Port-Harcourt, he was enthralled by the professionalism and aesthetics of their houses and enjoined Anambra State people in Nigeria and in diaspora to come and take advantage of the Golf Residency estate in the new GRA, Awka.
In her welcome address and corporate presentation titled “The Rainbow Heritage Concept of structured real estate development -and various options available in our Residential developments”, the commercial director, Rainbow Heritage Group, Mrs Prince Ngelale said that the aim of the company is to contribute to Anambra State development trajectory on behalf of the Rainbow Heritage Group in the Golf Residency estate in the new GRA, Awka Anambra State.

He encouraged ndi Anambra State to pay heed to estate development because it is never a waste of resources.
