Soludo’s Guber Victory is Testimony of People’s Trust in Him, Says Orumba South Chairman

The Chairman of Orumba South Local Government Area, Hon. Shedrack Azubuike, has described the victory of Prof. Chukwuma Soludo in last Saturday’s election as well deserved.

In his congratulatory message to the governor, Hon Azubuike said the victory of the governor was a reflection of the trust the people have in him.

Anambra State Governor had in the election polled over 400,000 votes to beat 15 other candidates, with the closest being the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, who polled a little less than 100,000 votes.

Congratulatinghim, Azubuike said: “Dear Governor-Elect of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR, I congratulate you on your resounding victory at the polls held on November 8th.

“Your victory is well deserved triumph and a clear reflection of the people’s confidence in your visionary leadership, proven integrity and unwavering commitment to good governance.

“We in Orumba South are confident that your renewed mandate will consolidate on the gains already made and usher in greater prosperity, unity, and inclusive growth across Anambra State.”

He assured the Governor Elect of the support of the people of Orumba South and partnership as he embarks on the noble task of steering the state to greater heights.
