The Senator Representing Anambra North Senatorial District, Senator Dr Tony Nwoye, has congratulated Mrs Adaora Vivian Offor, the wife of Anambra Billionnaire, Chief Sir Emeka Offor, on her recognition and conferment with a Doctoral Degree of Social Advocacy (Honoris Causa) by the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka Nigeria.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by the Senator, he described Mrs Adaora Vivian Offor, as a mother, wife and a woman of great virtues.
The Senator said she was well deserved of the honour bestowed on her by the university noting that “over the years, Mrs Adaora Offor has shown exceptional abilities in every assignment she found herself.
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on this outstanding accomplishment. This is another demonstration of your dedication and fortitude.
“This rare award did not come to me as a surprise considering your inestimable charity, philanthropy, human emancipation and empowerment.
