Ubah storms ex-appointees’ hangout, vows to fix Anambra with action, not rhetoric

In a surprise move, Dr Ifeanyi Ubah, the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District, stormed the hangout of former political appointees at 4C Kitchen, Agu Awka, Anambra State.

The Senator and the Convener, Owelle Mbaso, it was gathered, breezed in from Abuja to attend an important meeting at Nnewi,but on hearing of the ex- political appointees’ hangout, Ubah showed up.

Ubah’s attendance to gathering of the former appointees, who served between 2014 and 2022, has been described a testament to his uncommon zeal and commitment to the people of Anambra State.

The surprise visit, which was seen as a masterstroke, had been hailed as a demonstration of Senator Ubah’s humility and willingness to connect with the people.

The Senator, who is a governorship aspirant in Anambra State on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC),mingled with the former appointees, exchanging pleasantries and sharing words of encouragement.

In his brief speech, Senator Ubah reiterated his commitment to fixing Anambra State without resorting to grandiose promises.

Ubah said, “I am prepared to fix Anambra without making big grammar.

The Senator’s words were met with thunderous applause, as the former appointees pledged their support for his gubernatorial bid.

The neighborhood was abuzz with excitement, as some people around thronged the venue to catch a glimpse of the Senator.

Many were impressed by his humility and willingness to connect with the people, despite his exalted position.

“This is a man who has achieved so much in the Red Chamber, surpassing his party’s manifesto.
“We are proud to support him, and we will repeat the 21 over 21 and 19 over 21 magic for him come 2025, ” said one of the former appointees.

The former appointees, who were visibly excited by the Senator’s visit, promised to rally support for his candidacy.

“We will work tirelessly to ensure his victory in the 2025 gubernatorial election,” said another former appointee, adding, “Senator Ubah has shown us that he is a man of the people, and we will stand by him every step of the way.”

The gathering was a clear indication of Senator Ubah’s growing popularity and acceptance among the people of Anambra State.

His message of hope and transformation has resonated with the people, and many are looking forward to his Town Hall meeting scheduled for June 30, 2024.

As the Senator departed the venue, the former appointees and residents alike were left with a sense of hope and optimism.
