Anambra student gets 1st class pharmacy in Russia after 8As in WAEC

An Anambra student, Okoro Benjamin Nzutechukwu, has joined the league of great minds who have made Nigeria proud abroad.

He made a first class in pharmacy
at Voronezh University, Russia

Benjamin, it was gathered made 8As and 1B in his WAEC in 2017 at the Federal Government College, Nise, Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

The young man later got a Federal Government scholarship to study pharmacy at Voronezh University, Russia .

Benjamin made great use of the opportunity he was given and completed his degree with first-class honours .

The 25-year-old student, Okoro Benjamin Nzutechukwu, has shown that the young Nigerian population is filled with brilliant minds.

He hailed from Umuabiama village in Ajalli, Orumba LGA of Anambra state.

This came barely some weeks after JAMB declared Umeh Nkechinyere the highest scorer in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations.

Umeh, 16, was declared the top scorer by the board during its 2023 policy meeting, which was held in Abuja on Saturday, June 24, 2023, with an aggregate score of 360.
