VP Shettima, Obasanjo, Jonathan, Anyaoku, Oni of Ife to grace Soludo’s 2nd term swearing in

Several dignitaries are already lined up to grace the inauguration ceremony of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s second term swearing in on Tuesday, March 17.

THE RAZOR gathered that Vice President of Nigeria, Alhaji Kashim Shettima, former President,  Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, former president Goodluck Jonathan are among those who will be at the event.

Also, elder statesmen from Anambra are expected to be in full attendance, with former Secretary General of Commonwealth, Chief Emeka Anyaoku expected.

Traditional rulers from all the 179 communities in Anambra will also be in the event, including top monarchs across Nigeria, notably the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi.

Meanwhile, security arrangement across the state has been beefed up, while many public infrastructure, especially those along notable roads have received facelift in lieu of the event.

Soludo won re-election on November 8, in what has been described as landslide victory.
