IPOB leader’s problem will soon end – Obiora Okonkwo

Prof Obiora Okonkwo, a leading contender for the governorship ticket of the All Progressives Congress APC ticket, says, the problems of the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will soon be over

He says, because President Bola Tinubu is gradually and systematically solving the problems of Ndigbo.

Speaking with The Razor in his country home in Ogidi, Idemili North local government area of Anambra state, Sunday , Okonkwo said Kanu’s incarceration days are numbered

Though he described it as a national issue, but maintained that President Tinubu is handling the matter systematically, the way he’s solving other Igbo problems

He added that issues of security are not what people discuss openly, adding that such issues are handled with caution

Okonkwo, is the Chairman of the United Nigeria Airlines, UNA and contesting for the 2025 governorship ticket of APC

Dikeora Idemili said,” Our President is a problem solver and he understands every situation and he’s taking them one after the other.

” He knows the problems of Ndigbo and he’s not relenting on solving them.He’s not a noisy type but one who does things in a smooth way.

” The issue of Nnamdi Kanu is not being ignored, a lot of work is being done on that underground. It’s a wait and see situation” Okonkwo said

On the November 8 governorship election in Anambra state, he said ,APC would win it.

The UNA boss, said he’s the right man for the party’s ticket, while urging the leadership of the party to give everybody a level playing ground

The UNA chairman, maintained that the governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has not given Ndi Anambra enough to cheer, describing him as a complete failure

“Allowing his boys to be using pestle (aka- odo) to disfigure able bodied men everyday in Anambra, is that what you call development?

” A good number of our people being kidnapped and killed on daily basis, is it the Dubai- Taiwan he promised?

“The masses are going through hell in Anambra and they’re crying for a change. The state wants to link up with the federal government.

“They’re tired of “Soludo Ga Achi” which is the interpretation of election security outfit he inaugurated (Operation Udo Ga Achi).

“Soludo has completed the eight years the people of South did not complete, if indeed, there’s any form of zoning arrangement, but we know there’s nothing like that in Anambra, it was the arrangement of the APGA party” Prof Okonkwo said.
