Tragedy struck at Bridge Head Onitsha on Saturday, 23rd March 2024, when a trailer crushed some road users including children to death.
The incident happened around 5pm.
According to an eyewitness, the trailer which was heading towards Asaba lost control and hit a mother and her children alongside passengers waiting to board vehicles heading to Asaba.
The woman who was lucky to have escaped was in tears as her children were not so lucky. Some other people sustained injuries.
