A recent project tour led by Comrade Osita Obi, a rights activist, showcased the transformative impact of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s projects in Anambra State.

The tour, which focused on the newly constructed Ufuma and Awba Ofemmilli roads, was attended by journalists and highlighted the newly tarred roads in the area, bringing immense joy to the natives.

For Chinedu Oraekie, a native who has lived in the area for 46 years, the tarred road is a dream come true. “I never thought I would see a tarred road in this area,” he exclaimed. “We are grateful to Governor Soludo and will vote for him many times again.”

Barrister Agwuna, another native, noted that the road project has increased the value of housing estates in the area, attracting developers and bringing new life to the community. However, they appealed to the governor to complete the Ayamelum linking road to make their joy complete.

Comrade Osita Obi, who led the tour, expressed his admiration for the projects. “As a private citizen, I decided to lead this tour to show that the people’s perception of government projects differs from the government’s own perspective,” Obi explained.

He urged the people of Anambra State to re-elect Governor Soludo to enable him to accomplish his mission for the state.

The project tour has further boosted Governor Soludo’s popularity, with citizens openly endorsing him for another term. As the September 28 Local Government election approaches, the governor’s projects are expected to be a major campaign point.
