The Anambra State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Chief Okey Ezenwa, has announced that the movement is open to all Ndi Anambra and residents of the state who wish to join.

Speaking after a meeting with zonal and local government coordinators on Friday, January 30, 2026, Chief Ezenwa explained that the Renewed Hope Ambassadors was established to promote the activities and achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and to actualize his second-term agenda.

According to him, the time has come for Ndi Anambra and the entire Ndigbo to engage more strategically in national politics. “We cannot continue to complain about marginalization while, during elections, we put all our eggs in one basket. We must be more strategic this time around,” he said.

Chief Ezenwa called on Ndi Anambra and residents who possess valid voters’ cards to identify and contact the Renewed Hope Ambassadors’ local government coordinators in their respective areas for guidance on how to join the movement.

“We will announce ward coordinators and other structures shortly as this is a grassroots movement”, he said.

Chief Ezenwa also reminded the public that the ongoing membership registration exercise of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been extended till the 8th of February 2026, urging Ndi Anambra and residents to take advantage of the opportunity.

“I encourage our people to register with the APC. Contact the APC chairman in your ward to register. We should discard the false narrative that the APC is a Yoruba and Hausa party. That is not true. The APC is a political party for progressives, and Ndigbo are well represented within it,” he stated.

Chief Ezenwa further noted that political parties are ideological vehicles, emphasizing that increased participation by Ndi Anambra would enable them to influence key decisions affecting both the state and the region.

“When we populate the party, we gain the capacity to shape policies and decisions that matter to our people,” he added.
