The abduction of Hon Justice Azuka, a lawmaker from Anambra State, has left a dark stain on the state’s security landscape.

For about a month, his family, friends, and constituents have been in a state of distress and uncertainty, with no word on his whereabouts or condition.

This is unacceptable, and it is time for Governor Chukwuma Soludo, as the Chief Security Officer of the state, and the police to take responsibility and act.

The disappearance of Hon Azuka is a disturbing reminder of the insecurity that plagues our state.

We urge Governor Soludo and the police to work together to ensure the safe return of Hon Azuka.

The people of Anambra State demand answers, and it is time for the authorities to provide them.

The police must use all available resources to investigate Hon Azuka’s disappearance and bring those responsible to justice.

Governor Soludo must also take responsibility for ensuring that the state’s security apparatus is functioning effectively to prevent such incidents.

As a member of the Labour Party, Hon Azuka’s abduction raises concerns that his case may not be receiving the attention it deserves from the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) government.

However, we urge Governor Soludo and the police to put aside partisan considerations and treat this case with the urgency and seriousness it demands.

Every citizen of Anambra State, regardless of their political affiliation, deserves equal protection and attention from the government.

The time for action is now, and we hope that Governor Soludo and the police will rise to the challenge and ensure Hon Azuka’s safe return.

The people of Anambra State are waiting, and they will not forget.

Hon Azuka’s abduction is a test of the government’s commitment to the safety and security of all its citizens.
