House c’ttee on works visits site for Soludo’s proposed five star hotel

The Anambra State House Committee on works and infrastructure has visited the new site for the proposed five star hotel which has been undergoing some tests to determine the density of the area.

The chairman of the committee, Engineer Emmanuel Nwafor who is the member representing Orumba South constituency said the testing has been going on for four to five months and now it’s at the final stage.

Engineer Nwafor noted confirmed that all the test done has been certified okay showing that the stability of the soil and density of the area is good for the project by the State government.

The lawmaker asserted that after the plantation piling stage which is the finally one, they expect the building of the hotel to commence.

Engineer Aboladofe who is incharge of the project said that all the test, analysis and everything done on the site has been certified.

Other committee members in attendance include, Honourable Golden Iloh (Ihiala 2), Honourable Patrick Udoba(Anambra West)
