
Sir Vin Dike, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for Nnewi North, Nnewi South, and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency, has intensified his campaign efforts by calling for party unity as the countdown to the 2027 general elections begins.
In a series of strategic visits on Wednesday [24th June 2026] at Nnewi South Local Government Secretariat, Ukpor, Amichi, and Nnewi North Local Government Secretariat-Nnewi, Dike expressed his deep appreciation to party members and stakeholders for their support during the recently concluded APGA primaries.
Addressing those in attendance, he acknowledged that the upcoming electoral cycle would be a rigorous test for the party but remained optimistic about the collective strength of his supporters.
Dike emphasized that a united front is essential for securing victory, urging members to move past any grievances from the primary election. He pledged to maintain transparency and consistent engagement with the grassroots throughout his campaign, reaffirming his commitment to the core values of APGA.
The tour were attended by a high-profile assembly of party leaders, including the APGA Chairman for Nnewi South, Azubuike Osichukwu; the APGA Chairman for Nnewi North, Tony Muodelo; the Managing Director of ANSAA, Tony Ujubuonu; the Minority Leader of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Johnbosco Akaegbobi; the member representing Nnewi South 1 Constituency, Atuchukwu Nonso; and the State Organising Secretary of APGA, Sylvanus Udezuka.
Collectively, these stakeholders echoed Dike’s message, stressing that the party’s interest must supersede individual ambitions.
They called on supporters to prioritize party cohesion and work toward mobilizing voters from the grassroots to the federal level, ensuring a strong show for all APGA candidates in the upcoming polls.
