2023: If you’re innocent walk on Abuja streets, group tasks INEC chairman

The Coalition of South East Youth Leaders, COSEYL, the apex sociopolitical youth group in the South East geopolitical zone has thrown a challenge to the National Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof Mahmood Yakubu to walk on the streets of Abuja without security just for 30 minutes if his conscience is clear that he conducted a free and fair 2023 general elections using the Bimodal Verification Accreditation System, BVAS, for all the elections.

The group stated this a statement by its
President General, Goodluck Ibem, made available to our correspondent in Awka on Saturday.

The group said,: Conscience the say fears no accusation and truth the say is an open wound, we challenge Prof Yakubu on this for the whole world to see.

Yakubu should not deceive himself my blocking the entrance and exist of his street where he is living with security and step out of his car walking on his street while his security detail will video him.

This challenge is for him to walk on the streets of Abuja were we have Nigerian people walking to their various businesses.

This is a challenge and test of integrity for Yakubu and if he doesn’t accept the challenge, it then tells us who he is and what he did during the general elections.
