Charly Boy Celebrates Obi’s Aspiration, Says Atiku, Tinubu are Like Sniper, Otapiapia

Controversial activist, musician and actor, Mr Charles Oputa has celebrated the aspiration of former Anambra State governor, Mr Peter Obi to become the president of Nigeria.

Oputa with the nickname Area Fada stated this in a tweet he made on Friday through his verified Twitter Handle.

Oputa writing in pidgin English said: “Thank God ooo, so if Peter Obi no commit come join this race, we would have been left with with sniper and otapiapia. Hmmm! A miracle working God.”

Oputa was apparently referring to the duo of the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and that of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Sniper is a poisonous chemical brew, used to kill insects and pest, while otapiapia is the local name for mosquitoes killer. Both substances are known to be dangerous to health.

Oputa has never hidden his support for Mr Peter Obi in the presidential aspiration, and has consistently stated that Obi’s aspiration is a youth movement.
