The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has described Senator Ifeanyi Ubah as a bad influence that stokes crisis wherever he goes, describing him as an undertaker that has come to finally bury the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra

The National Coordinator APGA Media Warriors Forum, Chinedu Obigwe, in a statement on Sunday, alleged that Ubah’s defection to APC had caused a manifest division in the party in Anambra State.

Obigwe said, “I’m not surprised with the manifest crisis in Anambra APC because Ifeanyi Ubah obviously defected to the party and that is tearing them apart.

“If not for Ifeanyi Ubah, iyke Oliobi will not say what he said about Chris Ngige that necessitated Okelo Madukaife tirades against him and their faction.

“Well, the manifest crisis has vindicated Chris Ngige on his claim that they have two faction of APC in Anambra. The only thing I will say is that the two factions are insignificant.

Continuing, Obigwe said,”As long as Ndi Anambra are concerned, APC does not exist and that is the reason they cannot boast of producing even one house of Assembly member in our State.

“What is fuelling the crisis in Anambra APC is the defection of the ifeanyi Ubah.

“He is portraying himself as the messiah that will help APC win election in Anambra but the painful truth that APC leaders in Abuja must swallow is that Ifeanyi Ubah is the undertaker that will conduct the final burial of Anambra APC.

Obigwe said, “For me and other APGA faithful, we are praying seriously for APC to give ifeanyi Ubah their party ticket to contest the 2025 governorship election so that we will use the election to tell Anambra APC a sweet rest in peace.

“Unfolding events in APC gives me joy because am confident that it will be for the good of APGA.

“As for us in APGA, Governor Soludo remains a good product that markets itself.”

Stating that the state governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo,is doing well, Obigwe added, “His achievements within a short space of one year and 10moths in office are commendable.

“The 2025 election will definitely be an avenue for Anambra electorate to reward him( Soludo) for the good works he is doing in our State
