The Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze, has lauded Governor Chukwuma Soludo for attracting President Bola Tinubu to the state with his monumental projects.
Welcoming President Tinubu to Anambra on behalf of the State Legislature, Rt. Hon. Udeze described the visit as unprecedented, highlighting the commissioning of landmark projects such as the new Government House, Governor’s Lodge, Solution Fun City, Anambra County Club, and Presidential Lodge, all built by the Soludo administration.
Udeze commended the cordial working relationship between President Tinubu and Governor Soludo, despite their political differences, and appreciated the President’s confidence in Soludo, evident in his appointment as a member of the Presidential Economic Team.
The Speaker prayed for the sustenance of this relationship and noted that the numerous projects commissioned in three years could keep the President in the state for over a month.
He highlighted achievements such as massive road infrastructure, employment opportunities, improved healthcare, transformed education, youth empowerment, and enhanced security.
Udeze said Soludo has shown that with massive human and infrastructural developments and good governance, Anambra State can gain greater national attention and connection.
Udeze urged Ndi Anambra to welcome President Tinubu warmly, appreciating the Soludo-Tinubu synergy, and pray for the Governor’s continued success.
