Anambra NAWOJ Felicitates Soludo at 64, Hails His 35% Affirmative Action

The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Anambra State Chapter, has felicitated Governor Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo on his 64th birthday, commending his efforts to promote women inclusiveness in his cabinet.

The Women Journalists Praise Governor’s Commitment to Women Inclusiveness, wishing him more success.

In a statement issued on Sunday, NAWOJ Chairperson, Mrs. Tochukwu Ifejika, expressed the association’s appreciation for Governor Soludo’s implementation of the 35% affirmative action for women, describing it as a laudable initiative.

The statement read: “We join the good people of Ndi Anambra, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate you on this occasion.

“We appreciate your efforts to implement the 35% affirmative action for women inclusiveness in your cabinet, and we know it can only get better.”

NAWOJ wished Governor Soludo more success in his endeavours, saying: “As you enter a new year of your life, we wish you more oil in your wheels, as reward for good work is more work.

“May you wax stronger in piloting the affairs of Ndi Anambra with greater dexterity towards the upliftment of humanity as a whole.”

The association added, “Hearty 64 cheers to you, our erudite Governor!”
