Ven Silas Ike is great asset to the church, says Archbishop Ibezim

Archbishop , Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger, Most Reverend Alexander Ibezim, PhD, has described the Archdeacon of St Stephen’s Anglican Church, Ven Silas Ike and the wife, Blessing, as great asset to the Awka Diocese of the Anglican Church.

Bishop Ibezim stated this during the 58th birthday and Thanksgiving Service of Ven Silas Ike at St Stephen’s Anglican Church,Agulu, in the Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Archbishop Ibezim enjoined other priests in the diocese to emulate Ike and his wife, Blessing.
Bishop Ibezim said,” Silas, you and your wife, Blessing are great asset to the church.

“You are very thoughtful. Some people don’t understand how they started, but you do. It is a sin not to know where you started.

” You,Silas, have reminded me that we have intelligent priests in the diocese by remembering where you started and how you started. Don’t forget where you’re started. That place you are. Life is a journey. God used Silas to change many things. I will never forget. I have soft spots for you and Blessing.
