Nwadike, Mbachu Join Maureen Mmadu For A Novelty Match
Former Super Falcons duo, Stella Mbachu and Rita Nwadike have agreed to join other friends of Maureen Mmadu in a novelty match involving Team Maureen Mmadu and team Chief Hon. Chukwuma Okoye.
The novelty match between Team Hon. Chukwuma Okoye and Team Maureen Mmadu is in honor of a late illustrious son of Amawbia, Awka South L.G.A. Mr. Uche Okawelu.
The match scheduled to hold on Sunday 15th August 2021 will take place at Central School field, Aguogba, Adabebe Village, Amawbia.
Stella Mbachu and Rita Nwadike will be in Amawbia to support their friend and former team mate Maureen Mmadu in the match aimed at fostering friendship and brotherliness through the honor for late Mr Uche Okawelu.
The two former Super Falcons players will arrive Anambra state on Saturday. They are scheduled to visit and speak with members of Maureen Mmadu football kiddies Camp at Metropolitan Secondary School, Onitsha before the match on Sunday.
The novelty match is sponsored by Chief Hon. Chukwuma Pius Okoye ( Ozo Mkpulobi Amawbia), Member representing Awka South 11 Constituency ( Obizi) in the Anambra state House of Assembly and his friends..
