Media aide of Mr Peter Obi, former governor of Anambra State, Mr Valentine Obienyem has opened an upscale clothing outlet and a restaurant in Awka.

In a message sent to TheRazorNews by Obienyem,  he said: “Toga fashion is now open. You can now shop for high quality clothes and fashion accessories in a relaxed and air conditioned environment.
