A community leader in Nteje has expressed appreciation to Governor Chukwuma Soludo for renaming the Chinua Achebe Airport road as Willie Obiano boulevard.
Chief Francis Obikeze, while commending Governor Soludo, said the governor has done a great honour to Nteje as the road is a major landmark in the area.
According to him, “Nteje is the headquarters of Oyi local government in Anambra North senatorial district and biggest in landmass in the local government.
“The Willie Obiano Boulevard, Nteje junction, is the only major road that leads to Anambra State airport and we are happy with the new name.”
